We are in awe of how God is working in our region and the doors He has and is opening for us to share the gospel with children throughout 2025. Here are several examples:
- In spring CEF NE TN did an Easter Party Club at Del Rio Elementary. One-third of the school attended the party club, 8 children put their faith in Christ, and we are launching a Good News Club there in November.
- In summer we reached 328 boys and girls in 5 Day Clubs in just 4 weeks! The salvation of one little girl led to the salvation of her parents and a friend.
- In fall attendance increased at many of our Good News Clubs. We also have already or will soon start Good News Clubs at Del Rio, Lamar, Hampton and Happy Valley Elementary Schools. We also were given full access to the Elizabethton City Schools.
- Throughout the year we have had a greater emphasis on prayer. We pray in person at two courthouses and have begun a monthly prayer cell in Johnson City.
Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
