ABOUT THIS OFFERING
Sidney McMichael (1950-2026) received Jesus as his Savior at age 12 and immediately began sharing Jesus with everyone around him. He served in Child Evangelism Fellowship for over 24 years, and through direct witnessing, music, and training, he shared Jesus with many children.
To continue his legacy, we have created an annual offering to help ensure many more children hear the Gospel through Good News Club®, 5-Day Club®, and outreach events.
Individuals, Sunday School Classes, Small Groups are encouraged to get a pencil pouch from their church and collect loose change and dollars throughout the month of October.
Together, we can continue reaching boys and girls throughout Northeast Tennessee with the life-changing message of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Every gift, no matter the amount, is an investment in the life of a child.
Filled pouches should be returned to your church by November 8.

- $1,200 funds a Good News Club® for a year at an elementary school
- Did you know there are 84 public schools in our 8-county Chapter without a GNC?
- $300 trains and equips a teenager for summer ministry
- $100 provides a face-painting outreach event
- $50 funds training two volunteers
